Leveraging 20 years of forging expertise and an agile technical team, Jiucheng Forging recently completed the custom development of a complex, irregularly shaped stainless steel forging for a German industrial equipment manufacturer. The part’s irregular geometry and significant variations in wall thickness posed rigorous challenges regarding material flow and die design.

By utilizing CAE simulation analysis to optimize the blank shape, designing specialized tooling, and fine-tuning forging process parameters, the company achieved a successful trial run on the first attempt. The part has now entered the small-batch production stage, with the client highly commending its dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and the speed of delivery. This project further demonstrates the company's rapid response capabilities in the field of non-standard custom manufacturing.
