The valve body of the 10-type hydraulic steering gear is an integrated structure, and the product can inherit the cartridge valve. For example integrated system pressure control valves.
The 10 series products are widely used in industrial and agricultural self-propelled machinery and ship steering systems to achieve small input force, output large force, and control the steering action of the cylinder. The operation is light and flexible, safe and reliable. The integrated one-way valve prevents reverse flow of system pressure oil and prevents runaway. The integrated pressure valve enables the working pressure of the steering system and buffer pressure control.
According to the fixed stator and rotor structure, the 10 series products can be divided into two series: 6/7 tooth structure and 4/5 tooth structure.
The 6/7 tooth series is divided into 101, 102, 103 series according to the connection size. Among them, the connection size of the 102 series is the same as that of the BZZ series. The 4/5 tooth series is defined as the 109 series.
The 10 series products are integrated with inlet check valves. Each series is divided into two series according to whether or not the pressure valve is installed, that is, the default and the S series. The default means no pressure valve, with S for integrated pressure valves.
