The BZZ5 hydraulic steering gear consists of a valve core, a valve sleeve and a valve body. The rotary follower valve controls the direction of the oil flow, and the spool is directly connected to the steering column.

The hydraulic steering gear consists of a pair of internal gears composed of a rotor and a stator, a cycloidal pinion meshing pair: the function of the metering motor during power steering, ensuring that the amount of oil flowing into the steering cylinder is proportional to the steering angle of the steering wheel; It is equivalent to the manual oil pump; the linkage shaft and the dial connecting the rotor and the valve sleeve: ensuring the valve sleeve and the rotor are synchronized during the power steering; and transmitting the torque during the manual steering.

BZZ5 Hydraulic Steering Gear has the Following Characteristics:

• Regardless of the load pressure and the speed of the steering wheel, it can be allocated according to the steering oil circuit demand, and the corresponding flow is preferentially distributed to ensure reliable, sensitive and light steering.

• The flow output of the oil pump can be supplied to the auxiliary oil circuit in addition to the required flow rate to the steering system, thereby eliminating the power loss of the steering oil passage and increasing the system efficiency.
