The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is proportional to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference between its two sides; the hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of a cylinder barrel and a cylinder head, a piston and a piston rod, a sealing device, a buffer device and an exhaust device, as well as many components such as hydraulic cylinder cap. The buffer device and the exhaust device depend on the specific application, and other devices are indispensable. So, what are the repair processes of hydraulic cylinders? Let's take a look together.
1. To repair the scuffing of the hydraulic cylinder, use an oxygen-acetylene flame to bake the scratched parts, and bake out the oil that has penetrated the metal surface all the year round, and bake it until there are no sparks.
2. To repair the hydraulic cylinder, the scratched part should be surface treated with an angle grinder, and the depth should be more than 1 mm, and the groove should be polished along the guide rail. Deepen the holes at both ends of the scratch to change the force.
3. To repair the hydraulic cylinder, clean the surface with absorbent cotton dipped in acetone or absolute ethanol.
4. The metal repair material of the hydraulic cylinder should be applied to the scratched surface; the first layer should be thin, evenly and completely covering the scratched surface to ensure the adhesion of the material to the metal surface, and then apply the material to the entire repaired part and repeatedly press to ensure that the material is filled and reaches the required thickness, making it slightly higher than the surface of the guide rail.
5. It takes 24 hours for the repair material of the hydraulic cylinder to fully achieve various performances at 24°C. In order to save time, the temperature can be increased by the halogen lamp. Every 11°C increase in temperature will shorten the curing time by half, and the curing temperature will be 70°C.
6. After the repair material of the hydraulic cylinder is solidified, use a fine grindstone or scraper to repair the material that is higher than the surface of the guide rail, and the construction is completed.
