A : We specialize in stainless steel (304, 316, 410, 420, 430, etc.). Also produce carbon steel (45#, Q235, 20CrMnTi) and alloy steel (40Cr, 42CrMo). We can recommend the best material for your working conditions.

A : Standard products: 15–25 days. Custom products (first development including mold and samples): 25–35 days. For batch orders, lead time varies – we will confirm clearly before production.

Full inspections include: incoming raw material inspection, in-process forging checks, heat treatment performance testing, and final dimensional inspection. We can supply material certificates, metallographic reports, and dimensional inspection records.

A : In-house equipment includes: metallurgical microscope, Rockwell/Brinell hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, CMM, and spectrometer. Key dimensions can be 100% inspected. Mechanical testing (tensile, impact, etc.) available upon request.
