Made from 42CrMo alloy steel and subjected to forging, quenching and tempering, and precision machining, the products meet all mechanical performance requirements for heavy-load and high-impact operating conditions.

Leveraging 20 years of forging expertise and an agile technical team, Jiucheng Forging recently completed the custom development of a complex, irregularly shaped stainless steel forging for a German industrial equipment manufacturer. The part’s irregular geometry and significant variations in wall thickness posed rigorous challenges regarding material flow and die design.
