Step 1: Requirements Discussion & Quotation
The client provides product drawings, samples, or technical specifications (material, dimensions, quantity, surface treatment, etc.). Our technical team evaluates manufacturing feasibility and provides a preliminary proposal and quotation within 24 hours.
Step 2: Sample Development & Approval
For custom products, we conduct mold design and CAE simulation analysis before arranging trial production. Upon completion of the initial sample, we provide a full-dimension inspection report and performance test results for client approval.
Step 3: Mass Production
Once the sample is approved, mass production begins. Production stages include material cutting, heating, forging (die forging or open-die forging), trimming, heat treatment, and surface cleaning. In-process inspections are conducted at every stage.
Step 4: Quality Inspection
Final inspection is performed before warehousing: full or sampling dimensional checks, hardness testing, metallographic analysis, and magnetic particle or ultrasonic testing (if required). Quality documentation (material reports, inspection records, etc.) is issued.
Step 5: Packaging & Logistics
Anti-rust treatment is applied based on product characteristics, followed by standard export packaging (cartons on pallets or plywood cases). We arrange sea, air, or express shipping and provide end-to-end logistics tracking.
Step 6: After-Sales Service
We commit to a rapid response regarding any issues—such as dimensional discrepancies, performance problems, or usage inquiries—after the client receives the goods. We can arrange for replacements, technical guidance, or improvement plans until the issue is resolved.
